Project Definition & Scope

The key objective of this project is to establish a collaborative framework for different functional departments such as transport, water, meteorology, e-governance, municipal operations, pollution control, etc. and bring them on to a single platform; consequently, resulting in aggregated city level information.

Scope of this project is to implement smart ICT solutions which includes implementation of ICCC and integrate the ABD solutions with ICCC. The Scope can only be achieved by conducting a detailed assessment of current state of city services (Water, Transport, Parking, etc.) being provided and accordingly plan and design a comprehensive technical architecture of ICCC so that relevant current and future ICT project may be integrated with ICCC

Successful Transformation Criteria:

ICCC enables information collation and monitoring, it helps in the analysis of data for quicker decision making. Intelligent operational capability ensures integrated data visualization, real-time collaboration and analytics that can help different stakeholders prepare for exigencies, coordinate and manage response efforts, and enhance the ongoing efficiency of city operations. The interface at ICCC gives a real-time and unified view of operations. Cities can rapidly share information across agency lines to accelerate problem response and improve project coordination. Furthermore, the ICCC will help in anticipating the challenges and minimizing the impact of disruptions.
