K Bachchan (KB) founded Niveshan in 2017 with three other like-minded co-promotors. KB, with close to two decades of working in the Industry, chose his professional life his way to fulfill his Vision and Goals.

KB’s Vision is all about “NextGen Niveshan, where each and every Contributor work like an Entrepreneur to service the client’. This comes with the Value System KB carries, and is committed to building a stronger and sustainable Niveshan.
KB successfully created IT (Information Technology) & SI (System Integration) vertical for RailTel, a new venture with new thinking to diversify the RailTel portfolio.
KB worked as Business Leader for more than 12 years with RailTel, a Ministry of Railways PSU (Public Sector Unit), RailTel is a “Miniratna”. KB is a process-oriented professional who has achieved Building & Growing Businesses & Organization duly leveraging the capabilities of People & Technology.
Government sector, including PSU’s; KB understands them and is hands-on with mastering and handling the art & science of engagement.
Business Strategy, Strategic Sales, Sales & Marketing, SOPs (Standard Operating Practices), Implementation of Large & Complex true SI projects within time & cost, building & growing Partnering & Alliances second in nature to KB.
KB is very practical yet down to earth person and always remembers his start and upbringing in the professional world; having started a career as a Post-Sales Support professional.
K. Sharma Co-founder and President
I, K. Sharma, have done my B. Tech form NIT, Jaipur in Electronics and communication Engineering (2011) and am a CFA charter holder. As an Engineering graduate, I started my carrier as a Systems Engineer and subsequently moved to Finance and Stock market during the course of pursuing my CFA charter. Later, I founded Niveshan Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.
Niveshan was founded on 17- Jan, 2018 with two other like-minded co-promotors. Niveshan is a young and dynamic company with over 250 experts. We have a wealth of experience in a wide range of fields, such as Network Infrastructure & Services, Security, Databases, Compute, etc. This company focuses on creating IT Infrastructure and other Hardware oriented projects. Niveshan works closely with Hitachi, NEC Japan, Sterlite, Adani and other renowned MNCs for several reputed Govt. and Private enterprises.
I am a process-oriented professional who has achieved Building & Growing an organization, duly leveraging the capabilities of people & technology in the Corporate and the Government sector, including PSU’s.
R Khanna Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Khanna is a Technology person, who understands the nitty-gritty of large scale networks, their design, and architecture. Heading Global IT Program Management Portfolio and Enterprise Project Management office. Having extensive delivery management skills to lead global teams and engagements. Has a proven track record of managing global strategic initiatives – Global Mergers and Acquisitions (IT), Agency Integrations, Cloud solutions (Oracle, Azure), Enterprise Mobile Solutions, Infrastructure Integrations, Disaster Recovery Set-up, Oracle Apps Implementations, and Web-based eCommerce applications.

His expertise includes putting together a superior blend of, products and technologies, from various OEMs to derive the best technology solution, suiting the changing business needs of the customer.
S Kapoor Chief people's officer

She brings with her rich experience of working in the industry and evolved through working in various leadership positions and diverse geographical locations across the Globe. Her Key Expertise is in People Performance Analysis and Learning & Development. With vast experience of working in different locations, Ms. Kapoor understands, people coming with different backgrounds and culture, work differently, and needs to be engaged differently.
She believes that Human Capital is the key to a successful Organisation. Ms. Kapoor believes n building the organization around nimble processes to streamline Employee Engagement, Motivation, and Learning. D Suhag Head Pre Sales
Suhag has over 15 Years of Experience and is associated with Niveshan from the beginning of Niveshan and holds a key role in the Organization. He is responsible for Implementing and managing nitty-gritty of Network and Security such as Load Balancer, Security Audit, and compliance for Security devices. He is an expert in Cisco Network and security devices and managing the entire network (DC, DR, GNOC, Circles).
In his current role, he is responsible for Providing solution and design on network and Security for new and existing customers on Cisco, HP & FortiGate, Preparing RFP’s, LLD, HLD, network Topology and solution for a new requirement like Smart Cities, data center migration, new data center implementation, Providing L2 and L3 level training/support to the team on Cisco ACS, ACE, Nexus family, ASA, FTD, ACI, SDWAN, FortiGate and Routing, and Switching.
Y Sharma Head Infrastructure & DC operations
Consulting and System Integration of ICT (Information, Communication, and Telecom) is a forte for Sharma, Sharma has an edge as he has Hands-on Execution experience on projects, he gets involved himself with his team in strategizing, planning and execution; this makes Sharma have an edge and the same reflects during his Consulting and Sales engagements.
