K Bachchan (KB) founded Niveshan in 2017 with three other like-minded co-promotors. KB, with close to two decades of working in the Industry, chose his professional life his way to fulfill his Vision and Goals.

KB ‘Lives life with Full Trust and Faith’ mantra with a continuous focus on the adventure of Exploring possibilities for greater height and experience.

KB’s Vision is all about “NextGen Niveshan, where each and every Contributor work like an Entrepreneur to service the client’. This comes with the Value System KB carries, and is committed to building a stronger and sustainable Niveshan.

KB successfully created IT (Information Technology) & SI (System Integration) vertical for RailTel, a new venture with new thinking to diversify the RailTel portfolio.

KB worked as Business Leader for more than 12 years with RailTel, a Ministry of Railways PSU (Public Sector Unit), RailTel is a “Miniratna”. KB is a process-oriented professional who has achieved Building & Growing Businesses & Organization duly leveraging the capabilities of People & Technology.

Government sector, including PSU’s; KB understands them and is hands-on with mastering and handling the art & science of engagement.

Business Strategy, Strategic Sales, Sales & Marketing, SOPs (Standard Operating Practices), Implementation of Large & Complex true SI projects within time & cost, building & growing Partnering & Alliances second in nature to KB.

KB is very practical yet down to earth person and always remembers his start and upbringing in the professional world; having started a career as a Post-Sales Support professional.
